When people ask if I am a fine art or commercial photographer, I am hesitant to give an answer because I don't see myself as one or the other.

Herb Ritts said it best:

"Sometimes people have trouble with the context of why a picture is taken. Whether you take it for Vogue or for the GAP or for yourself matters little to me."

I compose and set up the photograph, and how it gets used doesn't impact the integrity I put forth when I create it.
